Because each person is unique with specific dietary, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and physical needs, there is no such thing as a successful "one-size fits all" regiment. Jessica will work with you personally, teaching you what good nutrition truly is & how to create deliscious meal plans you love.  She will also create, and monitor, your customized training program, ensuring that you have all the tools you need to achieve your full potential. With a strong emphasis on whole-person health, your specifically designed program will help you to reach your physical fitness goals, while also addressing all aspects of total wellness.  Jessica begins this process with an extensive interview, geared towards shaping your program. This initial step involves information gathering about the following: 

    -Your personality type

    -Your personal motivating factors and/or values

    -Your history and current conditioning

    -Your unique body type

    -Your physiological starting point (addressing current imbalances)

    -Your availability and lifestyle

    -Your personal preferences

   -Your current nutritional knowledge & eating habits

Once your wellness profile is populated with the above personal information, Jessica will develop a program unique to your goals and needs. This will include:

-Personalized Workout Plans: Together we will plan your workout schedule based on your goals and current conditioning. Jessica will teach you fun and unique ways to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. That means incorporating varying activities, such as high energy lifting sessions, hiking, running, yoga, interval training, etc.

An hour long workout is only 4% of your whole day! No excuses!

 -Nutrition Education and Support:  Food is fuel, just like gasoline in a car!  The amount and grade of gasoline helps different vehicles to operate at optimum levels. The human body functions in much the same way! Jessica will help you get the most "mileage" out of your meals, by catering a nutrition plan to your specific dietary needs and food preferences. 

And here's the best part--healthy food can taste amazing and be satisfying! Jessica has devoted years to researching and experimenting with nutrition & she wants to share her secrets of healthy eating with you! There's no boring menu plans--no low calorie crash or fad diets.  This is about learning a lifestyle of healthy eating--about making wise food choices to accelerate and support your fitness journey. 

-Personalized Profile/site access and mobile app:  Using an innovative, state-of-the-art online training program, Jessica will create and continually adjust your personal profile to monitor your progress .  From your profile, you will have access to your personalized workouts, including video demonstrations and descriptions to walk you through each move. From your profile, you can contact Jessica, keep track of your workouts, and be held accountable with the checkin features. The easy-to-use app makes it easy to access your profile and trainer from anywhere.        

 -Weekly Checkins and Support with me: Ongoing support via email or messaging from your mobile app profile is always available.  You will also have a weekly Skype checkin with Jessica!  Prior to your meeting, you will send her your progress photos and measurements. This is where you can unload & share challenges from the previous week or share your personal victories.  The goal is to keep Jessica in the loop about your life…why…because not only can she be there for accountability, but her desire is to support and encourage you every step of the way. With regular checkins, Jessica is also able to continually adapt your program as needed.  Reaching physique/health goals can be very daunting. Physical goals are not achieved in a linear progression. Remember, the the passion behind this program is to help each person reach their full potential and not give up when it gets challenging.

  -Homework:  Don’t squirm and resist the thought of this part!  This is not to grade  you. The assignments will be small.  They will be fun. And most importantly they will be life-changing!  If you truly want to transform yourself inside and out, you will need to invest time in doing so.  These will not always be fitness related…they will impact your growth physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, & spiritually!  Examples may include short reading assignments, creating new recipes, or a challenge to impact your community in some capacity.
